Kick off 2020 with us!
Be sure to check out a winter beers on tap and come join our very own Chief Beer Officer as he shares his knowledge with several tastings in January!
Welcome to Truth or Consequences Brewing Company, located in the downtown hot springs district of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
Whether you've got a thirst for something light and crisp or dark and hearty, we've got what you're looking for.
This is our lightest-bodied, lightest-colored beer. At barely 130 calories per pint, Airstream Ultra won't slow or weigh you down. Refreshing, thirst-quenching, and just $3 a pint.
Our first India Pale Ale, this is a rich-bodied beer bursting with citrusy hop flavor but without the powerful hop bitterness commonly associated with the style.
A light-bodied, straw-colored ale. Delicious and thirst-quenching. This was the first brew, and has become our flagship beer.
Irish Red Ale is known for its easy drinkability and smooth caramel notes. Hops are scarce in this beer, allowing the imported Irish malt to shine.
Nebula Nectar features a generous portion of Mosaic dry-hopping, a varietal known for its juicy aromatics reminiscent of blueberry, mango, bubblegum, and citrus.
Named after a long-gone cocktail joint in T or C, this heady Imperial Blonde is light in color and body but packs a punch.
A malt-forward, strong, amber brew with layers of toast, biscuit, and toffee flavors and subtle herbal spice from traditional Czech hops and German yeast. Bière de Garde means “beer for storing”, and we aged this brew all summer to honor that tradition. The result is that it’s silky on the tongue, elegant, rustic and mysterious. Allow your goblet to warm in your hand to release this beer’s full flavor profile.
Palomas Porter is a rich, silky American Porter, based on an award-winning recipe created by our brewer and co-owner John Masterson. Hints of chocolate, coffee, and raisin are balanced by a smattering of Cascade hops aroma. This batch, brewed in the spring of 2019, was aged in a whiskey barrel for months, lending an elevated alcohol level, and rich oak & honey flavors.
We have beer here, but there's 101 other reasons you should check out Truth or Consequences. We visited a couple years ago—and never left!
