Monticello Amber / Green Chile Amber

Also known as Red Ale, Amber Ales are darker than Pale Ales, but not as dark as Brown Ales, and are generally described as being medium-bodied and malty. Typical American versions include a citrus hop aroma and flavor, though for the Monticello Green Chile Amber, we added locally roasted green chile instead of hops. The result is a rich, malty ale with a mild, smoky roastiness and a mellow green chile flavor.

Festbier

Festbier is the style of beer commonly served at Oktoberfest celebrations in Germany. Golden in color, this beer is a flavorful, smooth and malty lager. German hops add a bit of herbal spiciness to offset the sweet of the malt.

Dunkel

A dark German wheat beer, our Dunkel provides a complex set of aromatic compounds - you might detect banana, bubblegum, clove or nutmeg. The flavor is similarly complex - more sweet than tart, common flavor descriptors include peppery, vanilla, malty, spicy or fruity. Whatever you detect, it is sure to be a pleasing pint!

PPoacher PPoacher - SCAC Music Mix

One can easily hear the influence of various folk music traditions, pop sensibilities, old school country heartbreak, peppered with a feeling of moving through other worlds....primarily the emotional landscape; beauty transmuted through valleys of deep pain, peaks of ecstatic joy, soft rolling hills of serenity, jagged rock formations of rage, and the bizarre catharsis of the open hearted exploration of it all. The performer as vehicle, steering you through with spells of the tenor banjo, celtic harp, and mostly human voice.
